DarkArt: When and how is born your band?
Kiwamu:
I formed BLOOD 2002 by myself. BLOOD is the gothic
industrial techno newwave hardrock blackmetal band. I know this is too long, but
i think it is very good for us. Because I think the genre is for the record
company. so for the aritist, it is not problem. I just want to make the good
art. And I dont adhere to the visual kei scene in Japan. There are many many
stereo type bands in the scene. Strange music and strage looking. They only
imitate major bands. They dont have individual character. But BLOOD's good point
is music and art. If you have good ears, you can understand my
meaning.
DarkArt: Who write
the music and lyrics?
Fuki: I write all lyrics and
a few songs.
Kiwamu:
I write all songs for the band. When I write the songs, I
always have the vision of the song. So I always make the songs as the
image.
DarkArt: What are
the subjects that you prefer to talk about in your lyrics?
Fuki: the dark feelings of human.
DarkArt: What do you try to express in your
music?
Fuki: Same. I like melancholic feeling. As
the 1st concept, we used the concept about Vampire. And as the 2nd concept, it
was from the French poem "LES FLEURS DU MAL" I alwayas search the dark feelings
of people. Our past concepts are concrete. So I want to write about it more
abstractly.
Kiwamu:
Recently, we started to make the new style on our music. On
the gothic, EBM, industrial style, we want to make the dark image vision to the
listners.

DarkArt: What are your music and artistic
influences?
Fuki: I like heavy metal music very
much. especially european heavy metal.
Kiwamu: I listen to New wave, gothic,
industrial music. Recently I started to distribute the foreign gothic artists
titles from my label because of my new project. Because I want to help them in
Japan.

DarkArt: What are the songs that you prefer to play at your
shows and why?
Fuki: We play the songs suit our
new style and can play new songs also.
DarkArt: What are your plans for the futur?
Fuki:
Now we make new album. You can get it next
year.
Kiwamu: Now, we are talking with many foreign artists about the
collaboration. They will be very interesting plans for fans.

Fuki: Thank you. I always think about you.
Kiwamu: We had 3times live show
in France. We had much bad feeling in France because of shit French orgzniers.
But I like French fans very much. We can't go to there on the tour, but I like
France.
